Growing up in Indonesia, Vinna Begin (b. 1971) spent much of her childhood immersed in the lush landscapes and vibrant ecosystems that surrounded her. Inspired by traditions that permeated her childhood in Cirebon, West Java, she found solace and inspiration in the timeless wisdom passed down through generations.

Now based in Montreal, Canada, she seeks to capture and celebrate the essence of this profound connection to the nature of her childhood. Her compositions evoke a sense of harmony and reflection, inviting viewers to pause and contemplate the world around them.
